Calender design with customised stickers
2023 Calendar design for HubSpot Japan. Working with a creative production team, designed the cover, inner pages, and illustrations that were inserted into the calendar as sticker sets. The challenging part of this project was that it was a quick turnaround, and the deadline was very tight and solid (as it's a timely gift for a new year!) despite the number of illustrations I had to create. Making a system of showing the months shifting around the year by adding a small rectangle device on each month's page was a good touch, and using their brand colour, it became a fun and functional calendar.

Summary
Mission
To design a functional and joyful calendar for HubSpot Japan that aligned with the brand’s playful yet professional tone. As a seasonal gift, the calendar needed to feel fresh, thoughtful, and engaging—something people would enjoy using throughout the year. My focus was to bring visual consistency and fun through illustration while ensuring everything felt clear, accessible, and brand-aligned.
My Contributions
I collaborated with a creative production team to design the full 2023 calendar—cover, layout, and a set of themed stickers. Working under a tight deadline, I created illustrations that were simple, universally understandable, and consistent with HubSpot’s brand language. I introduced a subtle visual system—a shifting rectangle device—to show the passage of months in a clever and cohesive way. This attention to structure and detail helped create a product that was both functional and visually delightful.
